This hotel provided me with an incredibly luxurious stay, meeting all of my exclusive amenities needs. the spa and wellness center, in particular, was exceptional, with a sauna, Jacuzzi. the outdoor swimming pool had a beautiful view and sun terrace, complete with a garden area that allowed for a peaceful escape from the bustling city.

There was only one minor issue with this hotel. Though the room advantages were exclusive and absolutely gorgeous, top-notch service was not always consistent.

During my Easter staycation, I loved the fine architecture and interior design of the hotel. The concept of biophilic design came to life, creating a peaceful and nature-inspired environment. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to Chinatown and its train station, as well as a plethora of food and retail options. This made exploring the city and finding delicious meals easy. And to top it off, the soundproofing in the room was excellent, ensuring a quiet and peaceful night's sleep.

We were there for a wedding lunch with an early check-in. Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfy with lots of natural light. Strong WiFi, good shower, and heating. Warm welcome, swift check-in, and a free upgrade to a Presidential Suite. The staff was helpful and polite. The hotel's architecture is amazing, and the Lime restaurant has delicious food. The views from our room were wonderful.

Chose this hotel for a seminar due to its impressive architecture and beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces brimming with greenery. The atmospheric ambiance attracts vacationing couples and business travelers, creating a pleasant and inspiring stay.

One service missed for work needs was a designated business center with private meeting rooms for professional engagements.

The hotel was like a mini jungle in the city, with plants everywhere. The wellness floor was fantastic, with a pool, gym, and spa. The location was great, with lots of trendy shops and restaurants nearby.

Oh, and just a small thing, the room door was so heavy, I felt like I was breaking into a bank vault every time I entered or exited. Hilarious!

Dit hotel had een geweldige ligging, vlakbij het centrum van de stad en op loopafstand van het strand. De kamers waren ruim en hadden zelfs een balkon, perfect om van het uitzicht te genieten. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en zorgde ervoor dat ik me welkom voelde. Het ontbijt was lekker en er was voldoende keuze aan beleg.

I would only ask for more consideration for the needs of senior guests, perhaps by ensuring a quieter environment during weekends for a better vacation experience.

As a young family, we loved the excellent location between Chinatown and Clarke Quay. Close to MRT, river, and Marina Bay. The hotel's design with vertical gardens is exceptional and eco-friendly. Rooms are modern with great city views. The club lounge provides a quiet place for breakfast and drinks.

Felt very special, no complaints.

Comprehensive wellness floor - The wellness floor at the hotel was like a hidden gem, offering a 300-metre garden walk high above the street level. It felt like strolling through a serene oasis amidst the bustling city. The infinity pool, though small, provided a refreshing escape, and the hot tub was a delightful indulgence after a day of exploring the city.

Always stay at my go-to spot. Staff helped with currency tips at first stay. Perfect fit with Wi-Fi, 24-hour services, pool, jacuzzi, and more. All I need! Can't wait to be back for Christmas!

With cultural and historical landmarks such as the Sri Mariamman Temple, Buddha Tooth Relic Temple, and Chinatown Heritage Centre just a quick stroll from the hotel, our family found Parkroyal Collection Pickering, Singapore to be in an ideal location for exploring the rich heritage of Chinatown. Additionally, the nearby Bugis area offered a wide array of shopping and dining options, perfect for a fun day out with the family.

My wife says that the hotel could enhance the family experience by providing more interactive activities or play areas for younger children.
